Giuseppe Campari and Tazio Nuvolari, 1931
Campari loved equally car racing, singing as an operatic baritone and food. He married an operatic singer, Lina Cavalleri, and once he got the chance to perform in La Traviata in Bergamo. He was booed, but he took it light heartedly. Noone booed him when he won the second edition of the Mille Miglia in 1928, the first Mille MIglia victory for the Alfa Romeo team. His co-driver in that race was Enzo Ferrari.
